The 44th edition of FIMA, the International Agricultural Machinery Fair, has recently come to a close, and DIECI telehandlers were among the highlights of the event. For the Italian company, it was an excellent opportunity to showcase its most innovative machines and engage with leading figures in the sector.

Together with Pedro Quintana, DIECI’s Sales Manager for Spain and South America, we look back at the key moments of the event and review the current state of the telehandler market in Spain.

Results and market signals: DIECI telehandlers at FIMA 2026

1. FIMA 2026 opened the trade fair calendar in Spain. What was the overall impression in terms of attendance and visitor interest?

The 2026 edition of FIMA was held from 10 to 16 February, and this year weather conditions were favourable. The agricultural sector is highly influenced by climate conditions, and the abundant rainfall of the last two months has raised expectations for good harvests, creating positive prospects for market performance as well. This has certainly had a positive impact on the sector’s enthusiasm and participation in events of this kind.

This year’s figures were very encouraging: compared with previous editions of the fair, there was a substantial increase in attendance which confirmed the importance of the fair as an opportunity for meeting, networking, discussion and business development for the agricultural machinery sector and beyond.

2. Several agricultural telehandlers were showcased at the DIECI stand. Which model attracted the most attention?

This year, the DIECI stand at FIMA 2026 featured an excellent representation of agricultural telehandlers, with a broad range of solutions designed to meet the needs of a dynamic and continuously evolving market.

All the machines on display attracted visitors’ attention. For example, the articulated telehandler Agri Pivot T70, designed for the beef cattle sector, received numerous enquiries thanks to its distinctive design.

Without any doubt, however, the model that generated the greatest interest was the Agri Max Power X2 telehandler, launched on the Spanish market at the fair.

3. What are the features that drew attention to the Agri Max Power X2 telehandler, and how can this model make a difference for Spanish farmers?

Agri Max Power X2 was undoubtedly the model that attracted the highest number of enquiries. Its key strength is the HVT-1 transmission, used on a telehandler for the first time, allowing the machine to reach a speed of 50 km/h. A revolutionary operational advantage that places this model in a distinctive position in the market.

With Agri Max Power X2, even the most demanding agricultural operations are simplified and complex work cycles are accelerated. Having machines with this level of performance provides companies with significant operational advantages in terms of efficiency and productivity.

Market: 2026 outlook

4. How would you describe the Spanish telehandler market?

The Spanish agricultural market continues to grow, but like all European markets it remains closely tied to government subsidies, particularly when businesses are deciding which machinery to invest in.

If subsidies are renewed, the agricultural sector could take this opportunity to modernise and renew its fleets, with telehandlers likely to be among the main investment priorities during this phase.

Spanish farming businesses confirm the importance of renewing their machinery, focusing on faster and more efficient solutions. For many, the aim is to expand or renew their fleet with new telehandlers, so as to benefit from the performance, power and versatility of the new solutions available on the market.

5. What are the strengths of the DIECI network in Spain today, and where are you focusing your efforts in 2026?

Dieci Spain is a company that is growing within the market.

We began 2026 with the best sales network in the agricultural sector: 18 dealerships covering a large part of the country. It is a broad support network with technical and commercial expertise, which enables us to establish a direct relationship with Spanish companies. In addition, our machines offer one of the best cost-benefit ratios on the market: if the market continues to grow, we are confident that Dieci will gain the share it deserves, thanks to 60 years of experience, technical quality, the versatility of its machines and its ability to listen to the needs of the sector.

Once again, this confirms our key strength.
